What is a Move Coach?
A move coach is someone who is an expert in moving or relocation. We use our experience and unique expertise to guide people through their own moves. We turn overwhelming and stressful moves into a more simplified move experience, and help to bring clarity and ease to often confusing, complicated and over stimulating situations.
How are the consultation calls made?
If you’re in the USA, I will call you at the scheduled time of the consultation, on the phone number provided when scheduling your consultation.
If outside the USA, consultations can take place in one of two ways:
Through the ‘Signal’ app. Which is a free messaging/voice/video calling app that provides encrypted and secure communication. Signal does require you to have the app downloaded and setup on your phone or computer. Please ensure you do that prior to the consultation.
Through ‘Meetn’. Which is an online voice/video conferencing app. If you choose ‘Meetn’, a consultation invite will be sent via email. It can be run either on your computer, or through their app which you would need to download and setup beforehand.
* While every effort is made to start consultations as close to the scheduled time as possible, in some situations consultations might run slightly over. Therefore, I ask for your patience should your consultation start a little late.
Can you summarize the move coaching process for me?
Sure! First we start with the Free 30 minute Clarity Call, booked on my website. We will discuss the details and parameters of your move and I will describe each of the packages.
Within 2 days after the Clarity Call, you will receive an email with a summary of our conversation, as well as my expert recommendation as to which package would best meet your move.
Once you have decided which package to proceed with, you can schedule your initial consultation by going to: https://www.bigmoveslifechanges.com/schedule-a-consultation Payment will be taken at the end of the booking. There is also a section for you to complete the Moving Questionnaire before checking out. Please take the time to provide the most detailed and accurate information possible.
In your first 50 minute consultation we will discuss the more intricate details of your move, as well as going through your completed moving questionnaire. This sets the foundation for your move.
Within 14 days after your first 50 minute consultation, I will email you your Personalized Moving Plan. Attached to that email will be the bonuses included in the package you select. The different bonuses are:

Should you choose the Premium Package or the Ultimate Package, an email sent at a later date will also contain your comprehensive Research Report. Which will contain all of the research categories, including company quotes and/or resource links.
Any subsequent 50 minute consultations are used to address any changes to your move, going deeper into the variables of your individual situation, as well as answering any questions that may arise.
Depending on the package you select, you may also receive email support. Emails are answered by myself, and are offered for the timeframe noted for each package.
What if I don’t know which package best suits my moving needs?
After your Free 30 minute Clarity Call, I will have a much better understanding of your specific situation, and you will have a much better understanding of the packages available. I will send you an email within 2 days after your free 30 minute Clarity Call with a summary of our conversation, and include my professional recommendation on the package that would suit your move.
What if I don’t know my move date yet?
Not a problem. There are still plenty of things to get done while you are working towards confirming your intended move. You can also pause your package for up to 90 days should something arise.
What if my move date changes after we have already started?
If your move date moves closer, no problem, you already have everything that needs to be completed in your Personalized Moving Plan. You’ll just need to manage your time well to ensure everything gets completed within your new timeframe.
If your move date gets pushed out, your Personalized Moving Plan is easily adjusted. You also have the option to pause your package for up to 90 days.
The Ultimate Package allows for one revision of the Personalized Moving Plan to allow for these kinds if changes.
How long does it take to receive the Personalized Moving Plan?
You should receive your Personalized Moving Plan within 14 days after your first 50 minute consultation, via the email you provided when you scheduled your 30 minute Clarity Call. If you have not received it within 14 days, please check your Junk or Spam email folder first, if you still do not see it, please contact me directly via email.
What is the Client Priority Service?
Think of it as First-Class Service. When you’re travelling, First-Class or VIP gets priority check-in, priority boarding, all the bells and whistles to make your experience that much more comfortable and easy. It’s the same thing here. As an Ultimate Package client, you’ll receive first priority for booking consultations, your Personalized Moving Plan jumps to the front of the line and completed first, your emails are answered first, your email support hours are extended both in days and hours, and the number of emails answered are UNLIMITED.
Why is the Ultimate Package priced how it is?
See the previous question and answer first. In addition to that, it also includes UNLIMITED research hours. Should your move seem to be quite complicated, chances are a lot of research will be needed. The Premium Package is maxed out at 2 hours, but the Ultimate Package allows for the time needed to investigate more complex moves. Also, if you really just do not have the time (or simply don’t want to do the research yourself) this allows for collecting important information for a detailed move.
How do I schedule a consultation?
On every page of my website there is a button or link called “Schedule a Consultation”. Once you click it, you will be forwarded to my booking calendar. Select a day and time from my calendar that best suits your availability. You can schedule both the Free 30 minute Clarity Call, and the 50 minute consultation(s) using that calendar. While scheduling the consultation, you’ll also need to complete the Moving Questionnaire and complete payment before your appointment is confirmed. How do I cancel or reschedule a consultation?
Through the confirmation email you received, you can cancel or reschedule your consultation. Please keep in mind the refund policy, see next question below. Cancellations must be completed 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. If you cancel inside the 48hr window before your consultation, you forfeit that consultation with no ability to reschedule. Should you cancel without rescheduling, you are aware that its at your own loss, as all purchases are 100% non-refundable.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases made through this website and on the Acuity scheduling platform are 100% non-refundable. All funds are due at the time of scheduling the first consultation.
What happens if the information provided is incorrect?
You, the client, are 100% responsible for checking and confirming ALL suggested forms, information and research provided by me, both in written form and verbally. All information provided, both on this website and in verbal conversation, are for educational purposes only. Asha Ariya LLC hold NO responsibility as to the accuracy of the information provided.
What if I have to pay additional expenses on something that happens unexpectedly with my move?
If you, the client, have any additional financial costs that arise unexpectedly in the move discussed in a consultation, you are soley responsible for those financial costs. In short, should something change or go wrong with your move, Asha Ariya LLC is not held financially responsible.
Do you accept payment plans?
No, all payments are required in full at the time of scheduling your first consultation.
What currency are the prices on your website?
All prices are in US Dollars.
