We discuss anything that comes up regarding the details of your move or with your Personalized Moving Plan. If you find you need one more call than what’s included in your selected package, purchase this one single follow up call.
If your move gets delayed, or you simply need more support to your previously selected package, you can purchase an additional 30 days of email support answered by a moving expert (emails answered Mon-Fri, between 10am-6pm, limit 3 emails per week).
Whether you got busier than expected leading up to your move, ran out of time to research for yourself, or if your move ended up being a little bit more complicated than expected, that’s ok, you can use this to purchase ONE hour additional of research.
Audio tailored to meet your specific needs, depending on how you’re feeling emotionally in the lead up to your move. The audio file is saved in the Google drive folder provided, so you can listen as often as you like in the lead up to your move.
We start off with a free 30 minute Clarity Call. This is where you tell me your goal: the who, what, when, and where. (Notice there’s one missing? I’ll get to that later) I provide you with a taste of what working with me would look like. Within 2 days I will send you an email with a summary of our conversation, and the available packages with my expert recommendation as to which one would best suit your individual situation.
If you’re in the USA, I will call you at your scheduled time of the consultation, on the phone number provided. If outside the USA, consultations can take place either through the Signal App or through the app/web platform called meetn, both without video.
Should you choose to move forward with a package, you can schedule your first 50 minute consultation using any of the Schedule a Consultation links throughout my website. You complete the moving questionnaire and make payment at the time of scheduling your first consultation.
During the consultation we will go over your completed moving questionnaire, I will offer my expertise and discuss the intricacies and variables of your move. Highlighting any challenges, checking whether essential criteria are in place, as well as ensuring your move timeline is feasible and whether there may be any complications due to your individual circumstances. You can also ask any and all questions you may have about your move within the 50 minutes.
After the consultation, I will complete your Personalized Move Plan (see details below), and email it to you within 14 days. This is the HOW. I provide a step by step list for you to work through to ensure your move is as smooth as possible, working towards your move timeline. Depending on the package you select, this may include things like:
research required in specific areas of your move
specific paperwork that needs to completed
actual tasks that need to be completed by you (for example: renewing passports, filling out forms, etc)
travel arrangements to be made
and more!
